Service agreement
Effective September 21, 2026
Between Manuel Agustín Chavez Escalera, doing business as Página Clara, and you, the business signing up.
It's month to month: no minimum term and no penalty for leaving. You accept it when you register your card on the payment link, and it's recorded with the date and your email. This is the English version of the agreement in Spanish; both say the same thing.
1. What $100 a month includes
- Your website, built from the information in your ad: your logo, colors, services, prices and hours. In Spanish and, if you'd like, in English too.
- The domain, like yourbusiness.com, registered in your name, including its yearly renewal.
- Hosting, with a security padlock (https).
- The content changes you ask for by WhatsApp or email (section 4).
The price is $100 US dollars a month. There's no setup fee and no other charges. If the price ever changes, I'll let you know 30 days in advance and you decide whether to continue.
2. When and how you're charged
The first charge happens once your website is live and you've approved it, not before. After that, you're charged on the same day each month, to the card you registered.
Payments are processed by Stripe: I never see or store your card number. On your statement it appears as PAGINACLARA.COM.
If a payment doesn't go through, I'll let you know. You have 15 days to update your card; if it still can't be charged after that, I'll pause your website until your account is up to date.
3. Your domain and your information belong to you
The domain is registered in your name from day one, never in mine. Your logo, photos, text and business name are also yours.
You confirm that you have permission to use what you send me for your website, and that your business information is accurate.
4. Changes
- Included: content changes, such as prices, hours, specials, services, photos, phone numbers and text. I usually make them the same day, and within two business days at the latest.
- Once a year: a complete redesign of your website, if you want one.
- Separately, and only if you want them: things your website didn't have, such as online sales, appointment booking or a second website. They're quoted in advance and never charged without your permission.
5. Nothing is published without your approval
Before your website goes live, you review and approve the text, and the same goes for any major change. If your profession has advertising rules, tell me which disclaimer to include and where, and I'll put it there.
What I can't promise, because nobody honestly can, is the top spot on Google. What I can promise: that your website is built the way Google asks, fast, secure and with your information written out properly.
6. If you want to cancel
Cancel anytime, with no fee or penalty. You can do it yourself from your customer link, or let me know by WhatsApp or email.
- You won't be charged again.
- Your website stays online until the end of the month you already paid for.
- I give you the keys to your domain so you can take it with you, and I send you your website's files so you can host it wherever you like.
I can also stop providing the service by giving you 30 days' notice. In that case, you still get your domain and your files.
